Pendragwn Productions is a full service video, film and multimedia production company dedicated to bringing life to our clients’ stories. From scope to script to shoot and even screening, we have consistently exceeded client expectations creating award-winning products to meet a variety of needs. Pendragwn can manage an entire production from conception to completion or provide a la carte services. We put your needs first and tailor our workflow to meet your project goals on deadline and on budget. We believe in building effective working relationships, and as a result, 95% of our clients have chosen to work with us again.

Michael Skinner, producer/director, shot his first film-a 16 mm stop-motion animated short called "Gus the Green Gas Truck"- more than 20 years ago and fell in love with storytelling. He founded Pendragwn in 1999. A member of both Actor's Equity Association and the Screen Actor's Guild, Michael works on stage and in front of a camera in addition to directing and producing, giving him a unique perspective when dealinwith actors and interviewees. In addition to his work with Pendragwn, Michael is an Artistic Associate with Charter Theatre, helping playwrights develop new scripts. Michael lives in Washington, DC with his lovely wife and their kamikaze boys.

Heather Dixon, associate producer/marketing, has been with Pendragwn Productions for 2 years. She comes from a long line of film lovers and thinks that it is fate that she now works for a video/film production company. Heather has over 15 years of experience managing small and large businesses. She started with her parents grocery store at age 15 and worked her way into opening 700 seat restaurants. Heather has lived on Capitol Hill for over 15 years and considers herself a native Washingtonian. She spends her free time gardening, walking, and hanging out with her two sons, dog and cat.

Jon Michael Shink, associate producer/editor, fell into the loving arms of Pendragwn Productions during the summer of 2007. A lifetime fan of movies, Jon Michael began to cultivate his interest in video production during his junior year at Allegheny College where he studied communication arts and political science. After creating his first independent short action film Heist, he completely fell in love with the medium of film and video. Jon Michael went on to complete a variety of short narrative films and documentaries and began to focus on growing his skills and building a career in the industry. Originally from White Oak, Pennsylvania, Jon Michael currently resides in Alexandria, VA.

Chip Nusbaum, director of photography, has worked in the film industry for 25 years. After working his way up from the lighting to the camera department, he was selected to be the assistant to the award-winning commercial director Joe Sedelmaier (FedEx “Fast Talking Man” and Wendy’s “Where’s the Beef”). He has traveled all over the world to shoot footage for documentaries for the National Parks Service and the Discovery Channel. 

Glen Piegari, sound recordings, has provided sound recording services for Pendragwn Productions for the last 5 years and has worked on documentaries, PSAs, television and feature films. One of his recent projects, “War Dance”, was nominated for an academy award.  He holds a BFA in graphic design from the Virginia Commonwealth University.
